Product Description
1. The main color of the whole boot is black, which is convenient for firefighters to wear quickly; the biological shock-absorbing sports insole, the heel adopts a hexagonal honeycomb shock-absorbing structure, and the arch support design at the sole of the foot ensures that fatigue and foot pain can be reduced after the operation; the boot shaft adopts an ergonomic design, and the size of the boot shaft conforms to the physiological structure of the human calf in my country, reducing friction with the calf.
2. There is a flame-retardant reflective logo belt at the visible part of the heel of the leather boot, with a width of 50mm at the widest point. The waterproof cloth is fixed, and the lining of the boot is firm and will not fall off with the foot.
3. The height from the outer sole of the boot to the lowest point of the boot mouth is not less than 340mm.
4. The boot upper material is the first layer of flame-retardant and waterproof cowhide, the outer sole material is flame-retardant rubber, the toe cap is an aluminum anti-smashing toe cap, and the anti-puncture layer of the boot sole is made of composite fiber anti-puncture material.
5. Knitted waterproof penetration socks and antibacterial and deodorizing cushioning insoles are used in the boots.

7. Protective performance: The finished product has been tested and meets the standard of XF 6-2004 "Firefighter Fire Protection Boots".
8. Quality: The total weight of a pair of size 255 boots is ≤2.5kg.
9. Waterproof performance of the whole boot: After the boots are placed in a container and filled with water, the distance between the water surface and the lowest point of the boot opening is not more than (25±3) mm. After 4 hours, there is no water penetration in the boots.
10. Boot upper/outsole bonding strength: Except for the stitched sole, when tested according to method 5.2 in GB/T 20991-2007, the bonding strength is not less than 4.0 N/mm; if there is a tear on the sole, the bonding strength is not less than 3.0N/mm.
11. Anti-puncture pad bending resistance: When tested according to method 5.9 in GB/T 20991-2007, no visible cracks appear after 1×104 flexions.
12. Flame retardant performance: After the test, the damage length of each test point on the fire protection leather boots does not exceed 100 mm, the self-extinguishing time from the fire does not exceed 2s, and there is no melting, dripping or peeling.
13. Each fire protection leather boot has a permanent mark on the outside of the boot.
14. Puncture resistance: 1600N
15. Cutting resistance: The boot surface will not be cut through after the cutting resistance test.
